A word on MINT condition:

Many of our items are in the original packaging and unopened. Many would describe this as MINT condition. However, because the term MINT means different things to different people, We advertise our items as NIB- New in Box / NIP- New in Package / Good / Fair and Loose condition . Packaging may have some light wear and tear, price tags, slight discoloration or scuffs. The most important one-shipping can also affect MINT condition. Because of these factors, We simply avoid making a MINT classification or promise on an item.

We can be contacted for a detailed description of any items condition. Please allow at least a few hours before the end of the auction

Refunds and Guarantees:

We strive for total customer satisfaction ! Therefore, we are proud to offer you a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ! If we made a mistake in the listing or if there is any other problem of that nature, we can issue a refund. Conditions to this are:

1) To make a claim, you must contact Shado X within 7 days of auction close.

2) In order to receive an refund (excluding shipping cost) you must first return the item in question to us in the condition in which it was received.

3) Insurance is optional but for all items Shipped Uninsured, buyer assumes responsibility for lost, stolen, misdirected , or damaged items, if insurance has not been purchased.

4) If there is shipping damage we do require a U.S. Post Office form 1510 to be filed.

*REFUNDS DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COST* Shipping is an exhaustible commodity and can not be refunded. We use USPS Delivery Tracking on packages to monitor status at our own expense.

Shipping:

1) Item(s) paid for using PAYPAL or BIDPAY will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is received.

2) Personal Checks or US Money Order must clear before items are shipped and if it is posted on a auction..

3) Buyer is reponsible for packing, shipping, and insurance costs, which will be added to the final bid. We cannot be held liable for any item that is lost or damaged if insurance has not been purchased.

4) We use USPS ( US Postal Service ) for all shipping. For items to large for USPS we will be happy to assist you in obtaining shipping.

International shipping:

Yes, International Bidders are welcomed. You may request a shipping quote during the auction. A shipping quote is only estimated. Actual charges determined after the close of Bidding based on Buyers Location.. This could take up to 24 hours .

International Bidders - payment method : PAYPAL only

We highly recommend international bidders to insure their packages.

We are not resposible for damaged sustained in shipment.

Buyer is responsible for all customs / import fees.

Outside of Continental US Shipping:

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Military APO Boxes and US territories/islands can only be accomplished with "Express Shipping" therefore we ask buyers in those areas to add $9.00 extra to shipping cost.
